Client Services Team
In addition to the portal, you will be able to rely on our dedicated Client Services Team. Our experienced consultants are always ready to assist with any aspect of using Tradar’s applications via phone, email and WebEx. We also offer onsite support, client-specific training and consultation by arrangement.
With people based around the world, we are able to offer regional support during London, New York and Hong Kong trading hours. However, our ‘follow the sun approach’ means you can get help 24/5 with all calls being routed to the active office.
