Katya Surudina

Global Head of Client Services

Katya has extensive knowledge of the financial services industry and investment management market. She has over 10 years experience in analytical and client facing roles and has successfully managed services operations throughout her career. Prior to taking a position at Tradar, Katya was Head of Client Services EMEA for Pertrac Financial Solutions, a provider of analytical workflow solutions for investment professionals, where she managed a team based in London and Hong Kong. She holds a BA degree in Finance and Accounting from the University of Nevada as well as the Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA) designation.

Steve Au

Director of Sales and Business Development, Asia

Steve is responsible for the new business and market development activities in Asia. Steve holds a B.S. of Economics from Emory University and a master degree in Management from Boston University. He also holds an MBA from The Chinese University of Hong Kong. Prior to Tradar, Steve held various sales and business development roles in the region. Steve has years of experience in regional and multi-cultural business environments.

Sachin Kachhla

Director of Business Development, US

Sachin joined Tradar in 2003 and currently manages our US division based in New York. He spent three years in Tradar’s UK office as Product Manager before moving to the States. He holds a Bachelor in Business Administration from The University of Texas – McCombs School of Business, having focused on Management Information Systems and Finance. Prior to Tradar, he worked at companies such as Citigroup and Deloitte & Touché.

Sinead Greene

Marketing Manager

Sinead studied marketing and management at the University of Newcastle upon Tyne and went on to complete the graduate scheme in marketing at Euromoney Institutional Investor. In her subsequent roles she has had many dealings with the trading community. This has included Marketing Manager at boutique investment bank ARjENT and International Marketing Executive at the law firm Eversheds. Sinead is curently studying for the professional diploma in marketing with the Chartered Institute of Marketing.

Tim Flinders

Global Head of Software Development

Tim has over 10 years' experience in the software industry covering a number of senior roles managing the software delivery process. Prior to Tradar, Tim worked in the Telecommunications industry delivering mission critical systems including holding the role Head of Software Architecture and IT. Tim holds a BEng Honours degree in Electroacoustics and holds several Microsoft certifications including Microsoft Certified Solution Developer and Microsoft Certified Database Administrator.

Trevor Headley

Global Head of Product Strategy and Delivery

Prior to Tradar, Trevor worked as a consultant on a number of information systems projects with a focus on web based solutions. Since joining us in 2004, he has held the positions of Integration Manager and Product Management Director. Trevor holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Economics from the University of the West Indies and is a Microsoft Certified Professional. He is currently a candidate in the CFA programme.
